About

“Parting the curtain, that invisible veil of indifference that falls between us and that blinds us to each other’s presence, each other’s wonder, each other’s plight.”  -Eudora Welty

Silicon Valley is considered the place of new beginnings, with opportunities for fast wealth and fame.  Each year, entrepreneurs from around the world, lured by the Silicon Valley Dream, move here in droves.  We see their success stories in the media, yet there are thousands of founders that we never hear about.

Through an ongoing series of photo essays, I will share the voices of these thousands of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.  The essays will introduce readers to their lives and struggles–and to their disappointments & achievements–shedding light on what it means to be a founder of a startup.
